[seedig] Partial elections for SEEDIG Executive Committee 2021: Final Results

Thanks Gergana for lowering the pressure to be perfect :) and thanks to
everyone (especially Sorina and Lianna) who is sticking around closely, so
we can share the successes and challenges jointly.

I'll keep it short here - I am not worried about the results and outcomes,
it shall be as we agree to it. I think we all must strive to keep the
entire development process full of integrity, as so far, and have the
consistency between the values and actions taken.

But enough words. When is the next ExeCom Meeting?
