[seedig] SEEDIG 6 to be held on 21-25 September (online)

Dear SEEDIG community, 

A few weeks ago, we informed you that SEEDIG 6 moves online and we
invited you to share thoughts and suggestions on the overall format of
the meeting. Many thanks to all those who responded to the call for
input.

Since then, the Executive Committee and the Programme Committee have
discussed various options, considered the input received, and noted that
some of you preferred a more compact meeting (between a few days and a
week), while others opted for a programme spread over a few weeks. We
have carefully considered all this and we believe that the most
reasonable approach is to go with a WEEK-LONG SEEDIG 6, BETWEEN 21 AND
25 SEPTEMBER (so still around the dates originally planned for Moldova).
This means we would have around two sessions per day, and be able to
integrate some 'social elements' like coffee breaks and evening events. 

We remain committed to planning an interactive and innovative SEEDIG 6
and we will keep you updated on various elements (e.g. the detailed
meeting programme, registration, technical details) as they are shaped
up. Meanwhile, we kindly invite you all to book the aforementioned dates
in your calendars.
