Dear Sonia,

Wishing you a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year of 2020!

Thank you very much for informing the Community about the process.

Could you also kindly share information about the mechanism of how the
Program Committee 2020 was formed. In particular, how many applications
have been received in a given period of time and if all of the applications
received have been selected by the Executive Commmittee.

We remember that in previous years, people have applied to work for the
SEEDIG Program Committee and haven't been selected. Community would be
happy to know if that practice has continued this year, or not.

And the second question if the Executive Committee acts on an interim basis
or not, as its legitimacy has been questioned by several Community members
so far.
