Dear Executive Team,

Hope you are well. I am writing to clarify *if the partial elections
process is still ongoing.   *

The SEEDIG Partial Elections are implemented according to the Elections
Calendar, as described in the ToR,which explicitly says that *Partial
Elections Voting Members should have been announced on February 01, 2020,
Saturday. *

Today is February 02, 2020 and no announcement has been disseminated via
the official channel for information of the SEEDIG, its mailing list,
neither the SEEDIG web site has provided any information about how many
members of the list have registered by February 01 2020. (The only
available information is 64 members as of November 13, 2019).

Once again, the rules according to which community members have finally
agreed upon to follow (at the expense of difficult discussions,
controversial letters, resignations etc.) have been broken once again.

My request is also to everyone, who are familiar in detail with ToR.

Is there any provision for such a precedent, when *the Election Calendar is
changed without letting community agree on it*, and if those changes still
happen can those Elections be considered legitimate?
