[seedig] SEEDIG Community Engagement in programmen planning process

Dear SEEDIG community,

On behalf of the Programme Committee (PC) we are happy to invite you to
further contribute to the SEEDIG 6 programme planning process. Now
that the programme
outline <https://seedig.net/seedig6/#programme> is finalised, the SEEDIG
community and SEEDIG partners are invited to *submit suggestions for key
participants and session formats*. Contributions are welcome via a
collaborative
working document

by 10 May 2020. Please read the contribution guidelines carefully before
adding your suggestions.

Further, on *30 April 2020 (at 12:00 noon CEST)*, the Programme Committee
and the Executive Committee will *host an online meeting to discuss the
next steps in the SEEDIG 6 planning process*. We are kindly inviting anyone
interested to register in advance

join the meeting at the scheduled time.


*Note that the programme outline was built by the SEEDIG 6 Programme
Committee <https://seedig.net/seedig6/#pc> (PC), taking into consideration
the 83 proposals <https://seedig.net/seedig6/#cfi> submitted during the
call for issues and the discussions held during the two online planning
meetings

A public consultation on a draft programme

also held between 1 and 15 April 2020. **As the programme planning process
continues, the PC will continue working on further shaping the session.
Details such as the type and length of sessions, the in-depth focus, and
the structure will be defined in later stages.*
