[seedig] Your support needed to take SEEDIG work forward

Dear Sorina,

What are the costs of registering SEEDIG as a legal entity? I don't think
it is a bad idea; with it, SEEDIG might even be able to apply for some
grants in the EU or collaborate with other NGOs or similar organizations as
it will have a more formal basis.
