Here’s are two updates you might be interested in.
Last weekend, ISOC Serbia Chapter organised the 5th annual, IoT Hackathon on climate change and alternative energy, Descon 5.0.

We have launched a citizen’s platform, www.vazduhgradjanima.rs - where any citizen can register and add their home air quality measurement device “Klimerko"
to the cloud network and share their open data about trends in air quality.
I would be grateful if you were to connect me to other members in your community, you might know,  who are engaged in similar projects and 
citizen’s measurements networks. 

Also, I’d like to bring to your attention the RIPE SEE regional meeting, taking place in April 2020  in Slovenia, so please share it with your
technical community as the program committee is looking for speakers.
