[seedig] SEEDIG 5 updates: Overarching theme, enhanced programme and online public meeting

Dear colleagues,

Thanks to the SEEDIG 5 Programme Committee, which has worked hard over
the past month, we are glad to share with you several updates regarding
the Bucharest meeting [1].

1. OVERARCHING THEME
SEEDIG 5 now has an overarching theme: _Shaping a trusted Internet for
all_.

2. ENHANCED PROGRAMME
We have just published an enhanced version of the meeting programme [2],
which includes more focused and detailed descriptions of the topics we
will be covering.

3. ONLINE PUBLIC MEETING
On 14 March, we invite you to an online public meeting [3], between
16:00 and 17:00 CET. We will update the community on the programme for
SEEDIG 5 and discuss the next steps in the run-up to Bucharest. 

With only two months left until our fifth annual meeting, we look
forward to welcoming you to Romania. Don't forget to register [4]!
