[seedig] SEEDIG 5: Draft programme available for public consultation (until 20 January)

Dear Sorina and ExCom,

Thank you for the efforts in combining all the suggestions into a draft program. In my opinion, it looks quite comprehensive, well balanced, and covering new trendy issues. Hopefully, further community and PC work will result in making all the sessions informative and thought provoking with multistakeholder presentation among speakers.

We are pleased to announce that the draft programme outline for the 5th SEEDIG annual meeting (7–8 May 2019, Bucharest) is now available for public consultation.
We invite you to review the draft programme (available online and attached) and send us your comments and suggestions by 20 January. More details about the approach taken for the programme, the next steps in the planning process, and instructions about how to submit your comments can be found in the explanatory notes which accompany the draft.
