[seedig] SEEDIG 5: Draft programme available for public consultation (until 20 January)

Dear Sorina, all:

Happy New Year, and Srecen Bozic to all who celebrate today.

Thank you for sharing the programme. Overall, it looks really good to me. I
particularly appreciate that someone or some people want to talk about the
relationship between the environment and ICTs, and would be happy to offer
anyone (e.g., the organisers) some relevant points on this matter if
interested.

One thing that I think is missing from Block 4 is the connection between
business, the media, and dis/misinformation.
