[seedig] New initiative dedicated to students and researchers in SEE+

Dear all, 

We are pleased to announce a new initiative, launched in partnership
with the National University of Political Studies and Public
Administration (SNSPA) in Bucharest, and dedicated to students,
researchers and academics in South Eastern Europe and the neighbouring
area. 

The Smart Cities and Regional Development Journal - a peer-reviewed and
indexed international journal run by SNSPA- will dedicate its third
volume to Internet governance and policy, with a focus on the SEE+
region. This special edition will be prepared for SEEDIG 5 and presented
at the meeting in Bucharest (7-8 May 2019). 

A call for papers [1] has just been launched, and we invite you to
consider submitting a paper and help us spread the word about this
opportunity. We will soon share the call in a separate e-mail and we
kindly ask you all to further distribute it within your networks and
communities.
