Dear Narine, all dear colleagues,
many thanks for this kind conversation and very nessesary thoughts.
Dear Narine, I fully agree with you.
I can say that I always pay my attention to your strong position of
protecting those members of the community who express their views (may be
controversial), on the processes taking place inside SEEDIG. We must be
yourself and have freedom.
I would like to thank you for correctly understanding my positive attitude
to our work in all our IG activities. I believe in us and our abilities and
bright future.-)
All our communities, commettees etc in which we are working are the
volunteer communities. There is a constructive work. The main resource is
people.
The voluntary contribution of skills, time, and effort to creation and
growth must be feeded by mutual respect, a lack of desire for intrigue, and
personal profit of any kind of them. Otherwise, we will start hold our time
on conflicts rather than productive work.
I know for a fact that any issue can be discussed openly and honestly.
It is good that SEEDIG is that kind of community.
And if in the frame of this issue was taken the point of outsides public
actions, it is good when the community has the right to decide under which
flag our ship go ahead and how to maintain our high level of reputation.
This is very important for such a large-scale project as the IGF
subregional initiative.
I'm so proud to be a part of SEEDIG.
I will do my best to be not just part of the mailing list, but help and
work. As earlier.
Thank you all,
and the force be with us-)
Sincerely,
Natalia Filina
