[seedig] Overview of SEEDIG activities

Dear Sorina,

Thank you for organizing and leading a very informative and efficient outreach at ICANN 63 in Barcelona last week. It is truly a pleasure to see how SEEDIG has been developing over the years and keeps broadening its horizons by engaging new people and improving in terms of contents coverage. I also believe it to be a great step forward that SEEDIG had its own outreach session at ICANN (knowing how packed and intense ICANN agendas usually are).

And to keep this tradition of making SEEDIG known and based on what we've discussed last week, I would encourage members of our community who are planning to participate in the events of national/regional/global scale, to reach out to Sorina or other members of ExCom, and agree on possibilities to spread a word about SEEDIG and its activities. I believe that should help to unite us both inside community, and be seen as an active group outside the region.

Just a suggestion, but I hope it will find a resonance within the community.

As we have announced here before, a SEEDIG outreach session was held this week at the ICANN63 meeting. 

We would like to thank our supporting organisations and community members who attended the session. We have collected many good ideas for how to enhance and improve SEEDIG work, and we highly appreciate this feedback.

At the suggestion of some community members, we are sharing here the slides that were presented in Barcelona. They provide an overview of current and planned SEEDIG activities and of ways in which to contribute to and support SEEDIG.
