Dear all,

I am writing to you with my Youth IGF Turkey coordinator hat on and am very
happy to announce that the 4. Youth IGF Turkey will be taking place in
Istanbul on 8 November! All interested parties are welcome to attend the
event, and share among interested networks.

The event will be in Turkish and with in-situ participation only,
