Betreff: [European_NRI] European NRIs - chance to meet at the IGF?!
Dear European NRI organisers,
We are close to the end of the year but I don't want to miss the opportunity
to get in touch with you to find out if you or your colleagues are attending
the IGF.
EuroDIG will be present with a booth and we invite you to bring some copies
of your Messages or reports to our booth for distribution. The booth is
located at floor Pas Perdus.
Once you are there you can have some fun and play a round of dart - try to
hit the centre The Hague and maybe you win a free trip* to the next EuroDIG!
We will also have some copies of the Messages from Tbilisi
<https://www.eurodig.org/fileadmin/user_upload/eurodig_Tbilisi/Messages_from
_Tbilisi_EuroDIG_2018.pdf> for you.
With the IGF in Paris and in Berlin next year we are in the unique situation
of 3 IGFs in a row in our region. I think this is a great opportunity but
comes along with responsibility too! We have the chance to make a difference
and make the outcomes of the IGF more relevant. We can showcase insistency
to keep the dialogue open even in difficult times. We can underline our
European values!
We would like to build a bridge from the IGF Paris to the IGF Berlin in
2019. EuroDIG taking place on 19-20 June 2019 in The Hague should be a
pillar for this bridge. But such a bridge needs more than one pillar to be
stable and therefore all European national IGFs are most welcome to help
making a difference. How can we build that bridge? I have some ideas, but
like to hear from you first and will collect input in this regard during the
IGF.
To discuss this I suggest to meet at the EuroDIG booth on Wednesday 14
November from 15:00 - 16:30. If you can't make it I hope to meet you
individually elsewhere during the IGF!
Best Sandra
