Join us for SEEDIG activities at IGF 2018 in Paris.

 Dear colleagues,

The South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance (SEEDIG) will
be present at the 13th annual meeting of the Internet Governance Forum
(IGF), on 12-14 November 2018, in Paris. We invite you to join our
activities and help us spread the word about SEEDIG. 

HELP US PROMOTE SEEDIG!

SEEDIG's core team will be in Paris, doing its best to promote SEEDIG
and attract new partners and community members. But we also count on you
- SEEDIG alumni, _SEEsummary_ editors, partners and community members - 
to contribute to our outreach efforts. 

We know everyone will be busy during the IGF, running in between
sessions and meetings. What we kindly invite you to do is to keep SEEDIG
in mind throughout your activities, and use any opportunity you get to
act as a SEEDIG ambassador. Tell others about our work, invite them to
join the community, encourage them to contribute to and support SEEDIG.
And then let us know how it went.

JOIN OUR SEEDIG OPEN SESSION!

On 14 November, between 13:30 AND 15:00 (SALE XII), we will hold a
SEEDIG outreach session [2] to showcase our work and discuss plans for
the upcoming year. The session is open to the Internet community in
South Eastern Europe and the neighbouring area (SEE+), to SEEDIG's
partners and supporting organisations, and to anyone else interested in
our work. 

 Here are some of the questions we will try to address: 

 	* What is SEEDIG and what has it done over the past four years?
 	* How and why to contribute to the planning process for the SEEDIG
fifth annual meeting, to be held in May 2019, in Bucharest?
 	* What else is there in addition to the annual SEEDIG meeting?
 	* How could SEEDIG better contribute to the digital advancement of the
SEE+ region?
 	* How to strengthen the SEEDIG community and expand our network of
partners?
 	* How to keep SEEDIG relevant and make sure our activities respond to
real needs in the region?
 	* How to make SEEDIG more sustainable?

NRIS MAIN SESSION 
We will also join the main session [3] organised by national and
regional IGF initiatives (NRIs), on 13 November, between 11:30 and 12:50
(room I).

The theme of the session is _Evolution of Internet Governance: NRIs
focus on the multistakeholder approach_, and SEEDIG's contribution will
be focused on challenges faced while developing and implementing the
multistakeholder model. 

1:1 MEETINGS 

Do you have questions about SEEDIG? Is there a specific activity you
would want to work with us on? Do you have suggestions for projects we
could make happen in SEE+?
