[seedig] SEEDIG Fellowship Programme: Call for applications open (DL: 2 April)

Dear all,

We are pleased to announce that the *call for applications for the second
edition of the SEEDIG Fellowship Programme is now open.*

The programme is linked to the fourth SEEDIG annual meeting (23–24 May,
Ljubljana) and it is part of SEEDIG's efforts to contribute to developing
the capacity of regional stakeholders to actively participate in national,
regional, and international Internet governance and digital policy
processes.

Applications are welcome from representatives of all stakeholder groups
from across South Eastern Europe and the neighbouring area. Selected
fellows will be part of a dedicated programme that will include online
preparatory meetings, a dedicated event on 22 May, in Ljubljana, and active
participation in the SEEDIG 2018 meeting and SEEDIG intersessional
activities.

The deadline for applications is *2 April.*
