[seedig] SEEDIG Draft Strategic Plan-Comments

Dear all,

This is excellent document, every time I passed through it I would add or change some minor things , words or operational things but nothing essential. I think that all comments also do not bring significant changes.

One issue can be considered like operational thing, but it looks to me like important priority is building organizational structure that will improve reaching strategic goals listed in document. It is not only question of institutional  form. (internal working groups, working groups with partner organizations, supporting organizations … or some other forms)

Dear everyone, 

 

I added some comments on google document, as I teach management,I am used to documents like this and I am structure and definition freak 😊, my comments concern the form and structure(some technicalities) such as concepts, length of each item of the strategy etc. For me I would not call it SEEDIG Strategic Plan, I would rather call it SEEDIG Strategy. Other comments more detailed are in the google document. A part from that you did a great job.

On behalf of the SEEDIG Executive Committee, I would like to thank you Albana, Aleksandar, Dušan and Ivana for your responses to our consultation on the draft Strategic Plan.

As the commenting period expires today, we kindly invite other members of our community to submit your comments as well. The Executive Committee will consider all comments received by 31 January 2018 in finalising the Strategic Plan.

We are also thankful for your willingness to help us in implementation of the plans, both regarding annual events and intercessional activities.
