SEEDIG 2019: JOIN THE ONLINE PLANNING MEETINGS

 Contribute to shaping the programme for Bucharest

Dear colleagues,

The call for issues for the SEEDIG 5th annual meeting closed on 30
November and we received 110 proposals for topics to be discussed in
Bucharest next May. While thanking those of you who have submitted
proposals, we invite everyone to take a look at the submissions and the
related statistical information [1].

JOIN US ONLINE! 

The next step in the planning process will be an ONLINE PLANNING
MEETING, during which we will discuss the proposals submitted for SEEDIG
2019 and start working on a draft programme for the meeting.  

To give as many of you as possible the opportunity to contribute to
these discussions, we have scheduled two online meetings: 

 	* MONDAY, 17TH DECEMBER, 17:00 CET
 	* TUESDAY, 18TH DECEMBER, 10:00 CET

The two meetings will have the same agenda, and WE KINDLY INVITE YOU TO
JOIN THE ONE THAT BEST FITS YOUR SCHEDULE. The meeting will be held via
Webex; please visit our dedicated page [2] for the MEETING LINKS, A
DRAFT AGENDA, AND DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO JOIN.
