[icann-see] [SEEDIG] Draft ToR for the executive committee – Online meeting, 20 September

Dear all,

The deadline for comments on the draft Terms of reference (ToR) for the
SEEDIG executive committee passes today.

While thanking those who have submitted input, we would like to invite you
all to an* online public meeting, on Wednesday, 20 September, from 17.00
CEST*.

The meeting will be dedicated to discussing the draft ToR (together with
the submitted comments), with a view to finalising it. The meeting will be
held via Webex, and all relevant details are below.

Considering the amount of time required to carry on the elections for the
executive committee, as well as the need for the new committee to be in
place sooner rather than later, the working group recommends that the ToR
is finalised by the end of next week, and the election process launched
during the week of 25 September. Details are to be discussed at the 20
September meeting.
