Dear all,

As many of you probably already know, the IGF Secretariat has announced the
launch of a call for nominations for the Multistakeholder Advisory Group
(MAG) <https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/content/mag-2018-renewal>.
The role of the MAG is to assist the United Nations Secretary-General in
convening annual IGF meetings, by providing advice on the programme and

Nominations for MAG members are invited from all stakeholder groups and all
geographic regions. According to the guidelines published by the IGF
there are *seven (7) available seats on the MAG for stakeholders from
Eastern Europe*.

This could be a good opportunity for the SEEDIG community to strengthen its
presence in and contribution to the global IGF process. So I invite you all
to review the call and consider nominating yourself or someone from your
stakeholder group for the available MAG seats.

Best regards,
