Dear all,

We would like to inform you that the call for nominations for the SEEDIG
executive committee elections will be launched with a delay of one week, on
18 October.

This decision has been taken by the election committee, due to the fact
that the SEEDIG website is still under reconstruction at the moment. As the
website is supposed to serve as the main communication tool during the
nomination period (for publication of forms, nominations, etc.), the
committee is of the view that the call for nominations should only be
launched when the website is functional (a view which is also shared by the
executive committee).

Due to this, the election calendar has been revised, and all the initial
dates are now pushed forward with one week. Please see below the updated
calendar.

We trust in your understanding, and we apologise for this delay.

Thank you!

Best regards,

Sorina
(on behalf of the executive committee)
