Dear Sorina, all:

Thank you very much for this update. I appreciate the emphasis on
transparency and disclosure, and support the rationale and process
described in this message. Specifically, working with the EuroDIG
Secretariate for this meeting, and making the association a
community-driven one.

Might I suggest, as you alluded to, that we include time for a discussion
about this at some point during the SEEDIG program? It does not need to be
long, but merely 5-10 minutes to update those individuals attending in
person or remotely, describe the way forward, and gather any additional
feedback/answer any questions that arise.
