*SEEDIG Internship: Call for applications*
SEEDIG is a sub-regional Internet Governance Forum (IGF) initiative
dedicated to open, inclusive, and informal dialogue on Internet governance
issues among interested stakeholders from South Eastern Europe and the
neighbouring area. The initiative functions as a process that includes an
annual meeting, as well as intersessional activities.
Preparations are now underway for SEEDIG’s third annual meeting
<http://www.seedig.net/seedig-2017/>, which will be held on 24–25 May, in
Ohrid. In parallel, intersessional activities include a monthly summary
<http://www.seedig.net/ig-summary/>of Internet governance and digital
policy developments in the region, and monthly briefings
<http://www.seedig.net/see-hub-for-ig-briefings/> that gather stakeholders
from the region to discuss the developments.
*The SEEDIG initiative’s conveners are looking for highly motivated interns
to assist with this work. Do you have what it takes?*
*Requirements*
In order to be considered for the internship, a candidate must meet the

the neighbouring area.

initiatives, in particular.
- A very good level of English.
- Availability to work 8-10 hours/week.
Selected interns will work online, under the supervision of a member of the
SEEDIG executive committee. They will be required to contribute mostly to
activities related to the planning of the Ohrid meeting, as well as to the
preparation of the monthly summaries.
*Interns will not be remunerated, but they will be provided with travel and
accommodation support to attend the 2017 SEEDIG meeting.*
The initial internship is offered for a period of two months, with the
possibility of extension.
