Although you know this, it seems to me that I need to clear this again and
again.

If you want to use the list, please register and use email address which you
choose for this list.

As admin, I received around 100 emails from unregistered email addresses, so
please -

read this> http://www.seedig.net/mailing-list/

Any email coming from unregistered email address will not pass to the list.
