Greetings to all,

Thank you, Dusan, for the infographic and your email, which provoked a
question if spam is classified as free speech anywhere in the world and in
any of the mentioned countries (are there many precedents?), and
subsequently can spam filtering and blocking be considered as censorship,
as well?

And the other question, again coming from your email, should all anonymous
emails be classified by technical and non-technical filters as spam?

Thank you and best regards,

Narine
