Dear all,
We are writing to you with some updates regarding the planning process for
the SEEDIG 2017 meeting.
Following the publication of the programme outline
<http://www.seedig.net/seedig-2017-programme/>, we have announced that we
would reach out to proponents of issues identified as pertaining to each
session and invite them to join the organising team for that session. It
has also been explained that each session would have one or two focal
points, whose role would be to lead the work of the organising team and to
maintain communication with the executive committee.
We are glad to inform you that we now have initial organising teams formed
for each session. All details are available on the SEEDIG website
<http://www.seedig.net/seedig-2017-programme/>, on individual session
pages. These teams are now ready to start working on shaping the various
sessions, in line with the Session principles.

Please note that, throughout the entire planning process, the organising
teams remain open to any interested individual. Therefore, if you wish to
join any of these teams, please let us know.
The next step in the planning process for Ohrid is an online meeting for
organising teams, which will be held tomorrow, *23 February, at 11.00 am
CET.* The meeting is open to anyone interested, but registration is required

.
We hope you will find this information useful. If you have any questions or
comments, please let us know.
Thank you!
Best regards,
Sorina
(on behalf of SEEDIG’s executive committee)
P.S. If you are among those who have asked for a slot at the speakers'
corner, please note that we will reach out to you soon.
