Dear Sorina, Dear All,
Thank you very much.
Sorry, for my late response. I have only two suggestions, especially:
*First* - As statistics show, the last time a growing number of
cybercrime has become, as well as emergence of new realities and
challenges, which are already not fit not only into the Budapest
Convention, also in the International Law/Cyber Law. I think that it is
important issue, and hope that this problem will be as a theme of
discussion at the regional level;
*Second* - Internet is as a globally, and protecting process of Internet
have to be globally as well. I think that will be interesting discussion
about relationship and cooperation between the member states of the
EU/SEE, and non - member states (e. g.Georgia is in process of the
"neighborhood policy" with the EU, and many systems of the EU/SEE and
Georgia have to be matched each other in the cyberspace) in
Cybersecurity issues on the SEE regional level (and on the EU level
also). This is an important issue because the systems have to be
authentic, and have to work according to unified standards. Also,
cooperation in Cybersecurity is very important for Energy security for
the EU/SEE.
All the Best,
Vladimer Svanadze
