Sounds good IMHO - a couple of things to clarify though:
- is it possible to set it up as a international association (I know
that is possible in the Belgian law, just needs to be decided from the
beginning)? what that relates to the question - under shich country law
it will be formed?
- would the association accept just phisical persons, or also legal
persons? Can you change it afterwards?
best regards
Bogdan
