[icann-see] Register for DiscoTech pre-event at IGF2016

Dear community members,

For those of you who will be attending IGF 2016 in Guadalajara in couple of days I would like to share (and many of you probably already know about it) an unique event happening for the fourth year in a row: DiscoTech.
It is a side-event, to be held also as pre-even this year - organised by civil society welcoming representatives of all SH communities really, but led and mainly visited by civil society.
It is held in a really relaxed and friendly environment with music, food, drinks, and lightening talks with different topic each year.
This year it will be about the importance of access in rural areas, Internet infrastructure built by rural communities, and the value of affordable access.

When? December 5 2016, 8 - 10 pm
Where? Restaurant El Mexicano, Calle Morelos 79, Zona Centro, Guadalajara, JAL 44 100, Mexico
