The problem with offshore companies as owners of ISPs is accurate, but without mentioning the real reasons why is happening. F.E. tax payments, politicians behind the ISPs, the money for buying ISP coming from black or grey market, monopoly on the market, etc. Especially, the main reason is that you cannot be successful and large ISP without support from politics.
Some facts, based on Serbia and other countries from the region, are not accurate, not representative and misleading. Most of the facts are ok, but the story is not rounded, usually by skipping more important facts that will gives us different look at some companies and overall picture.
Overall picture is blurred because of all that, but - it's a very nice project and I would like to say is one of the best in this field.
