Tnx Dusan, Hello to everyone,

I am happy to be here and will participate as much as I can. It will be
great to understand how you can see challenges and important points in
telecom world.

I am Ucha Seturi from Georgia, lawyer and my experience is related to
communication and media law. Right now I am executive director of NGO
"Small and medium Telecom operators association of Georgia" and for next
two years have to help in struggle small ISP,s with big guys.  I think it
will be interesting :)

And my last three years was related with DSO reform in my country and
mostly media law issues.  I am member of the bar association of Georgia and
Media law lecture in Tbilisi state university.
