[Icann-see] Host country for SEEDIG 2017

Thank you very much for this update!

As Michael said, your transparency and conducting consultations with the
wider community about these important things is much appreciated.

I would like to give my full support for Ohrid, Macedonia to be the
SEEDIG2017 host, taking into account all the arguments Aida provided.
