[Icann-see] SEEDIG 2017: city and date

Hi Aida,

Thank you for confirming. I was surprised to see that the 18th is a
Thursday and not a Friday (as it was this year). Was there a reason for
that? I am asking purely out of curiosity as I enjoyed having the weekend
days come directly after SEEDIG this year.

I don't mean to imply, however, that this year's has to set precedence in
terms of which day of the week it is held.
