Thank you for your email. Indeed "It is wise to be polite, and it is stupid
to be rude" (Arthur Schopenhauer) and the best way to overcome such a
behavior is to engage in a reasonable conversation.
The proposal is not a single opinion, and the topic has been many times
discussed at various instances in Internet Governance circles.
