Dear all,

We are pleased to inform you that the December issue of our monthly summary of
Internet governance and digital policy developments in South Eastern Europe
and the neighbouring area is now available (online
<http://www.seedig.net/2016/12/23/internet-governance-in-see-december-summary-of-developments-is-out/>
and
attached).

The summary includes updates from late November and December, from across
the region. As before, the updates are clustered into several Internet
governance issues, including: infrastructure, convergence, cybersecurity,
child safety online, e-commerce, development, and privacy and data
protection. The issue also provides an overview of several Internet-related
events that took place in the region over the past month, as well as a list
of upcoming events.

As we do not have a briefing this month, the December updates will be
discussed during the *SEE Hub: Internet governance in January 2016*, on 31
January. Details and the registration link will be made available in
January.

Special thanks to Barbara and Gurkan for their contributions to the
December summary.

Comments on this issue are welcome. And so are your contributions for the
next issue.

Thank you! And happy holidays!

Best regards,

Sorina
(on behalf of SEEDIG executive committee)

P.S. Please do not forget to propose topics

is only one week left.
