Dear Sorina,
Many thanks for sharing these information regarding the CENB ongoing
activities.
As you said, I believe that the SEEDIG has reached the level of experience
where it significantly can contribute to the intersessional work of the
2016 IGF. And the CENB project might be of our particular interest, taking
into account this year's SEEDIG meeting and the outcomes of some of the
sessions that were addressing the issues related to connectivity,
especially the one on digital divide.
>From my experience of reviewing many of the NRIs annual reports, it seems
that SEEDIG had a very specific approach, reflecting issues related to
subject matter, relevant for the wider community and very unique if
compared with other neighboring regions.
Having said this, I believe submitting some notes on mapped issues and
potential solutions, might be a very valuable contribution for the CENB
work, but also for our region as well, as this is a good opportunity to put
the regions' needs on the global IGF agenda.
So, I would like to encourage members of this community to act upon your
invitation, and contribute to a joint SEEDIG submission.
In case you will need anything, and the Secretariat and responsible focal
points within
<https://www.intgovforum.org/cms/policy-options-for-connection-the-next-billion#contacts>,
or I personally can help, please do not hesitate to contact.
Best regards to All,
Anja
