The tenth meeting of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) will take place next week (11-13 Nov, with pre-events on 10 Nov) in Joao Pessoa, Brazil, under the overarching theme of "Evolution of Internet governance: empowering sustainable development”.

For those of you not traveling to Brazil, please be informed that webcast, live transcripts and remote participation will be available for the various sessions; details can be found here: https://www.intgovforum.org/cms/igf2015-cast

There will be a number of sessions dedicated to, or organised by national and/or regional IGF initiatives, and SEEDIG will be represented at some of these: the Inter-regional Dialogue Session (Wednesday, 11 Nov, 09.00 - 12.30 local time), workshop 150 "IGF initiatives MasterChef" (Thursday, 12 Nov, 11.00 - 12.30 local time) and the EBU&EuroDIG Open Forum (Friday, 13 November, 11.00 - 12.30 local time). I would like to encourage you all to follow and participate (onsite or remotely) in these and other sessions that might be of interest for you.

Please also be informed that a flyer with brief information on SEEDIG has been prepared and will be distributed during the IGF, as part of our outreach and communication efforts. You can see it attached.

I hope to see many of you throughout the week, either onsite or online.
