[Icann-see] Greek IDN in DNS root

Dear all,

Regarding news in the region, I want to share something technical, but 
as  we all have heard during SEEDIG 2015, it's more than technical news.

The greek script ccTLD .ελ is now in DNS Root. Congrats!
Panos, can You share some more info about this?
How does it going in Greece regarding IDN?

Also, I would like to ask Iliya to share news about Bulgarian IDN ccTLD .БГ.
Lianna, can You share also some news about .հայ?
Sorina, I have heard of IDN in second level domain in Romania (.ro). Any 
more info?
