[Icann-see] SEE round table planning meeting, 26 Jan. - details for onsite and online participation

Dear all,

As mentioned before, the EuroDIG planning meeting is taking place next week in Sofia.

A coordination meeting for the SEE round table has been scheduled for 26 January, from 11.00 to 13.30 (local time), at:

The proposal is to keep the same agenda we had for the virtual meeting earlier this week and continue the discussions from were we left them:

  *   overview of the SEE round table: objective, status of preparations, funding for participants etc.
  *   theme and topics for the round table
  *   format of the event
  *   next steps
  *   any other business

For those who will not be in Sofia: we will try to make online participation possible, via Webex (the registration details are below). Unofortunately, as we can only rely on a laptop and a portable table microphone, we might have difficulties in making this happen, so I apologise in advance if it does not work.

And a reminder to all of you: please provide your input on the points we have discussed during our virtual meeting (see my previous email to the list).
