I am writing to kindly remind you about our virtual meeting, planned for Wednesday, 21 Jan, from 13.00 CET. If you can participate, please don't forget to register using this link:

The proposed agenda is also below. And I copying again the proposals for theme/topics for the round table resulting from our previous discussions. Although we had a call for more proposals, I've only received one more suggestion (marked below as "new"). We might be able to find suggestions relevant for our region is the list of proposals submitted to EuroDIG (they are currently compiling the full list), but let's talk about this during our call on Wednesday.

And one more thing: as you know, there is a EuroDIG planning meeting taking place in Sofia on 27 January. Some of us will be there (Dusan, Lianna, Ilyia and myself - from the executive committee, as well as Aleksandar and Andrea - from what I know) and we plan to meet in the morning of 26 January (at 10.00) to continue discussions about the SEE round table (as a follow up to the call on Wednesday). If someone else is there and would like to join us, please send me an email off list and I'll give you the details about the location and all. In any case, we will inform the list about the discussions in Sofia.

Dear all,

I would like to thank those who have filled in the Doodle poll for our virtual meeting. According to the poll, the most popular date for the meeting (11 out of a total of 14 participants in the poll) is 21 January, 13.00- 14.00 CET (GMT+1).

Please find below the registration details for the meeting. Once you register, you will receive an email with further details about how to join the meeting.

For those who haven't used Webex before:
The easiest way is to join the meeting via your computer. On the date and time of the meeting, you will have to click on the "Join the Webex meeting" link in the instructions email. Once you have joined the meeting, click on "call using computer".
You can also join the meeting by phone. The instructions email contains a link to global call-in numbers.

I would also like to use this opportunity to remind you about the call for input on the theme and topics for the SEE round table. The initial deadline was 14 January, but I think we could extend it a bit, maybe towards the end of this week. We will then discuss all the proposals during our virtual meeting. A compilation of all proposals will be sent to the list before the meeting.
