Dear Desiree and all,

A virtual meeting is planned for the week of 19-23 January (via the Webex remote participation platform). Here is a link to the Doodle poll set up in order to decide on a date and time suitable for most of us:http://doodle.com/3g2s2qcvrht26zdm

A wiki is also a good idea; it will be useful for documenting the progress on setting the agenda of the round table and for keeping the entire process open for contributions from the larger community. EuroDIG used such a wiki for last year's meeting and it had wiki pages dedicated to all EuroDIG sessions. Assuming this will be done again this year, I think it would make sense for the SEE round table to be part of the overall EuroDIG wiki.

Sandra, Wolf, could you please let us know whether you envision using again an EuroDIG wiki? Also, is the last year's wiki still available online? (I wanted to share the link with the list, but could not find it.)
