Dear all,

I would like to thank those who have filled in the Doodle poll for the virtual meeting. Based on this poll, the meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, 25 February, at 16.00 CET (UTC+1). To register for the meeting, please follow the link at the bottom of this email.

The proposed agenda for the meeting is:
1. Approval of agenda
2. Overview of contributions submitted in response to the 27 January call
3. Overarching theme - formal approval
4. Draft programme outline
5. Outreach
6. Logistics (budget, travel, sponsors, etc.)
7. AOB

As announced in my previous email, attached is a draft programme outline for the SEE event - this is something the executive committee has drafted based on the discussions in the January meeting (in Sofia) and on the online contributions. It is a working document, so it can be changed in any way we would see fitted in our future discussions. As it only contains a brief outline of the possible sessions, we would need further work on: titles of the sessions, scope and objectives, formats, panellists/participants, moderators, rapporteurs, etc.
