[Icann-see] Pre-EuroDIG SEE round table - organizational aspects

Dear Sorina,

I hope you know that I would be happy to volunteer in any of your project.
But this time I prefer to nominate Oleksandr Tsaruk, Ukraine's
representative in GAC ICANN, Ukrainian Parliament staff, to contribute to
multistakeholder model for this Committee.

I do this nomination as a director of iNGO European Media Platform (EMP) in
compliance with EMP Bylaws. Oleksandr Tsaruk is not the member of EMP and
he is not the sponsor of EMP. But we highly appreciate our partnership with
Ukrainian Parliament committee on informatization and information
technologies at a lot of our joint events - EuroDIG presentation at
Ukrainian Parliament (VR)  May 2013, Safer Internet Day at VR 11 February
2014, Forum Media for information society 2013 and 2014, IGF-UA IV and V.
Plus a lot of remote hubs of ICANN and IG events. Oleksandr did play great
role in all of these events.

I am absolutely sure that Oleksandr would be the very right candidate for
this committee. And I am happy to guarantee my personal support to him and
some support from Ukrainien IT business to him as well.

We will do our best to find Ukrainian sponsors for your SEE round table in
Sofia in June 2015 and for our e-EuroDIG in Kiev in October 2015.
